Not true. I did no such thing to mess up the flow of the order. As I said
before, I ordered on Saturday, was assured that "everything is in stock, and
will ship out on Monday, UPS red". At that time I was requested to reply to
a "confirmation email" that would allow them to accept my order for N-number
stickers, and I did that within minutes. The next time I interacted with
AS&S was on Monday when I was called and informed that the SWITCHES that I'd
ordered were not in stock (that's about the third time similar switches have
not been in stock) and that they'd be backordered if I wanted, or dropped
from the order. I told him to drop them from the order, since they were
only spares anyway, and I didn't want to pay separate shipping for them.
Apparently he deleted the RAC trim position sensor at the same time,
accidently, but that's just my guess. Again, I did nothing to confuse the
order. If AS&S had their act together, I'd have called to place the order,
and it would have been delivered on Thursday as expected, plain and simple,
end of discussion!

Again, in the hundreds of orders I've placed with Wicks (the lion's share of
my airplane), I've never had ONE thing backordered, and exactly ONE screw up
in an order (and it was probably my fault), and they promptly sent me the
item I wanted overnight and no charge. I find the difference between the
two establishments to be absolutely mind-blowing...
