Larry,

You're right, and your "certificate" will always be a Special Airworthiness
Certificate (8130-7), even if it happened to be reissued for some reason
after flying off the test time, as long as the plane doesn't meet the
requirements for a Standard Airworthiness Certificate, which isn't likely.
