For example the kr listed on ebay will have a special airworthiness
certificate . It only has 30 mins of airtime . the test phase is usually
40hrs . So this aircraft can only be operated under the special limitations
given by the FSDO at time of issue . some examples are , no passangers , 25
mile radius of home airport. So if you buy this plane and live elsewhere
