++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I'm not an engineer but as I understand it , it's not the size of the control surface that needs enlarging but the fixed horizontal surface for greater pitch stability. Jeff Scott also enlarged the rudder as I recall and I think on his web page is his reasoning and the results of he changes which he said are very positive. Larry Flesner
