Of course not.  The Fifth Amendment only applies to the federal
government, and the Fourteenth Amendment only applies to states, and a
private school is neither the federal government nor a state.  The
only real restriction on private schools is that a private school
which discriminates on the basis of race will be denied exemption from
income taxation.  (It is perfectly legal to operate a school which
discriminates on the basis of race, as long as the school operates on
a non-profit basis.)
