Man now you are confusing me. Earlier you said prime now you are saying
composite. Let's just call this thread JURASSIC. To get a grip, try reading the
thread from begining.

Or you could try this...
1. Make the changes to .cf file.
2. Queue the outgoing messages in the usual place.
3. Read the envelopes of the outbound messages.

I remember you saying that mail can't be sent from a PC using sendmail to hosts
which insist on 'routing back' to localhost, which on my box is 'kernivore.gag'
... now who in this world can EVER 'route back' to kernivore.gag
(The offer's on the table, tell me a time and I'll be online at that time and
let you telnet into my box ... if at all you can find 'kernivore.gag' on the
network. I'll let you know the login/passwd in-case you are interested in
getting yourself some fan-following including me)

I WAS indeed able to send mails using sendmail to such hosts only by carefull
observation of the envelopes that were being generated and then bending the
rules so as to meet the required criteria.

I ALSO tried the experiment I mentioned in previous mail 'with the default'
settings, even that doesn't gives me the bounced back messages.
(Although I do acknowledge that you have mentioned that behavior in this
 message)

So 'CHEER' I will, but only to have been able to use my own settings after
all i.e. having 'Return-Path' as [EMAIL PROTECTED] ... and also save that
precious bandwidth.(Uhh...Ok...but then sendmail is slow)

Regards,
Gagan.
