Hi dubey,
 
Use LILO - grub has some issues loading certain boot images esp. Mandrake 8.2 and Redhat 8 into memory.
 
Works for me

I am getting serious problem in my dual boot computer. I installed windows xp and mandrake 8.2. when I installed mandrake and restarted computer, I got following message…..

I have 128 mb ram on p4 computer. Please tell me what is problem as I am not able to boot my machine in linux. Windows is working perfect.
