I personally hav no problems with muskan as such, but he seems to be one
person who has on many occasions shown extremely rude behaviour on this
list. I don't mind ppl shouting, etc.. but in almost all the lists i hav
been on i hav not seen some1 like this guy who seems to hav a problem
getting ideas abt basic netiquette. He has been consistently doing the same
things viz. posting new threads as replies to existing threads, and posting
one question many times, and as replies to different messages. I don't know
abt you, but there might be ppl on this list who are on a dialup and using
pop3 to retrieve this list, and on a dialup if u have to receive 3-4 useless
mails on a slow connection, things start getting irritating after some time
esp if they are slightly big mails.
Also this is not the first time that we have been facing this muskan
problem, and i don't think that it wud be the last time if he is not banned
from this list.

PS: Muskan, i don't hav anything personally against u, but rules are here
for a reason, and if u don't follow the rules then u shud be banned!
PS2: I hav another suggestion to reduce the bw taken up by this list..
everyone pls delete all unneeded text from any msg that u reply to. esp
things like the mailing list signature that u c below... since that is
automatically added to each msg..
