Yes.

Rspamd for example is assigning the R_DKIM_REJECT symbol a weight of 1.0 (not 0.0 or 0.1, like it does for neutral results). Spamassassin uses a score of 0.1.

I have also seen a receiver quarantine all messages that have any DKIM errors... Obviously not sensible, but it does give a hint as to why some strip signatures.
