It's available AFAIK on Win,Linux,Symbian.
Win32 /64 is available only on Win platforms, but it's hosted in
contrib\hbwin.
I see that you have everything ready.
Is there any problem to have something like HB_WITH_QT_WEBKIT and 
build it only on supported platforms.
