Agreed in all points. If you think, just go on and
create these discussion forums as you think best.
I've added you to the Admins group.

As for login account... my quick lookup wasn't very successful
yesterday, I couldn't find out how user management works,
and what you say was the exact thing I was looking for.
Should be open for non-sf.net users I guess, but can't easily
test this as an sf.net member. Anyone?
