this mailing list? I'd be surprised, could have been a troll or a schizo, there's been a handful of those in the xlibre ml. the devs are trying to make good relations with any distros/DEs/DMs they can. I haven't brought up guix to them since I don't consider myself a representative of the distro, but if anyone's interested (and brave) enough you could try their ML and see what they have to say. If the xlibre devs come out and definitively say they hate guix for some reason, I won't try and push the package. I don't think that's going to happen, I think a lot of the hate is overblown, but either way I'll keep packaging it in my channel.
