# Audience
The Project Meeting will switch from a 100% public call to available for
all Mozillians.
Doesn't that feel like we are moving to being less open?
# Timing
Right now the meeting is scheduled at 11:00am Mountain View time (PST/PDT).
This is simultaneously too late for much of Europe and too early for Asia.
We'd like to move the call to earlier on Monday (9:00 or 9:30am) to
better-accomodate Europe.
Note that will require other meetings to be moved, and it will require
us to always stop this meeting on time because there will be other
meetings scheduled immediately after it, and not "just" lunch for the
Bay Area and off time for Europeans.
That said, it's probably best to stay with a start that is the top of
the hour, as that fits best with other meetings before and after, which
often start at the top of the hour and have a slot that can extend to a
full hour.

4) Q & A - This will start with answers to questions that have been
pre-submitted via our Moderator system, and will transition to open
questions collected from IRC and Vidyo.
The one other important piece I see in the "internal" meeting right now
that you do not cover is who is leading the meeting. You are awesome and
I never want to miss the weekly reminder to "keep on rockin' the free
web" (heck, I want a T-shirt with that!) but the "internal" meeting
being led by the CEO and starting with some personal words by that
person is really something that makes us all feel that this position
isn't somewhere above us but right in our middle. It brings a personal
connection to our leadership that I don't want to miss. Do we have some
way to keep that to some degree?
