Hi Bruce/GnuCash users, You bring up a lot of issues!
https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=mx - the Linux distro you are using seems to use Debian for its package management, so maybe there is an issue with the Debian pacjage of GnuCash...? What version of MX Linux are you using? https://flathub.org/apps/org.gnucash.GnuCash - have you considered using just the Flatpak verison of GnuCash? If that works well, that might solve your immediate issues. https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Using_Different_Versions.2C_Up_And_Downgrade - there might also be an issue with the previous version of GnuCash & the data file that you were using, if that version was of another release number. What version of GnuCash were you previously using? --- Thanks, Brad - https://www.facebook.com/brad.morrison.12327/ & https://norcal.social/@BradMorrison On 2024-12-12 19:32, David Carlson wrote: > Bruce, > > Derek's response may not have been copied to the list.
