Thanks for starting this thread. I made a previous discussion at [1] but
didn't bring it to general@ yet, since I'm trying to make a detailed
proposal first..

Generally speaking, I support to do the podling name search before the
incubation proposal accepted. It should not take too much time, especially
considering the cost if the name should be changed later.
