Based on the redirect works, this is not an issue, no matter who owns the
domain, but only remind, the community have trusted the one, who owns it. I
assume YES.

Totally understand and make sense. I prefer `reate another group with
something other than dubbo, can transfer all the projects under it.`.
My only concern is the misguidance of the repos in that org.
