The metrics project just plays as a third party dependency to Apache
Dubbo, IMO there is no branding issue against Dubbo. The mailing list
can be removed, I have already removed it.

It was discussed here[1]. Possible further actions include:
- contact the authors where they would like to donate to Dubbo, if
they are willing to, cleanup the IP issues such as license and etc.
- if not, change the name to avoid potential branding issue, for
eample, dubbo-go can be changed to go-client-for-apache-dubbo
