What crosshatch are you talking about? What Qt 4 program are you using to test 
this?

My toolbars only have one place I can click to move them, on the left side. Is 
there some config option that can be used to enable this title?

I already have this:
Style "*"           DecorateTransient, NoPPosition

and more or less a default .fvwm2rc config file


Anyway, it seems that the problem can be repeated so how do I go about solving 
this. Is there some specific place in the code base I could have a look?
As this worked in 2.4.20 it should be possible to get it to work in 2.5.x as 
well. I hope :)
