It is not the name I am worried about.   It is about directory in which it
will get installed under.

Instead of installing under Program Files(x86)/InstallApacheFlex/, we
should install it under Program Files(x86)/Apache Flex/InstallApacheFlex.
This will help be more organized when we release more utilities/tools.
