So, I currently have 30 cells that I've charged, watered, discharged to 0v, and am now trying to charge again.

I've sorted through the remaining cells, and there are:
10 that LOOK ok.
80 that have swelled noticeably.
40 that have visible melting on the posts, or actual holes in the cases.

I'm probably going to need a 2nd pack of 30 cells to get enough power for the Taylor-Dunn cart.
I'm hoping that some of the ones that are only swelled a little will work.

I'll need to discharge whichever ones I try next to 0v, then charge them so I can adjust water levels.
I'll be doing more than 30, so I can hope for enough to make a pack of 30.
Might want to do all of them, just so I can sort out the useable ones.

I've realized that I COULD charge them all in parallel, as I happen to have a variable power supply that does 0-4v at up to 200A.
OR I can hook as many in series as I want, and use my PFC-50 to charge them.
