I suppose that's why Europe specifies CCS2 as a universal standard.  Any EV 
sold (maybe not grey market) in the EU within the last several years can use 
any EU charging point.  

Well, almost. Some Tesla charging points still aren't available to other EV 
brands, even though (as I understand it) they've been CCS all along.  But 
Tesla aren't the dominant players in charging here the way they are in the 
US.
