Following the suggestions in this thread I hit all the major points such as contacts, things to watch out for etc. The wisdom of writing for the "competent sysadmin", helped me the most. I know (or at least assume I know) the skill level of the remaining sysadmins, and it's a pretty wide range. Trying to make it useful for all of them made it an overwhelming task to try to accomplish in a short time frame. Focusing only on the details that makes our setup unique, made it a simple task.
