The one I pasted claims to be able to do 100, but I saw one that would

Good luck. You might check with some rural cooperative groups?
In the old days, this was done with non consumer unlicensed spectrum. 
Some of those products may still be around if you hunt, but probably 
diminishingly few.

If you do the consumer stuff, you can almost always return it, too.
