The rebuilds were for library linked packages. I have not touched any packages that shell out. A reqpoquery returns about 46 packages that may do so. It may be more effective to add a "7" to the newer binaries.

That's great, but that would be far beyond what I'm willing to work on. I also don't know how receptive upstreams would be to patches for that conversion. I picked up ImageMagick only two weeks ago to prevent a disaster from hitting stable Fedora releases. I am not positive I want to become a permanent maintainer of it.
