[~sebb] Each vote recorded could send mail to the private list, which mail
would contain a link to the web page where voting is happening. So instead of
reply-all to the mail, click on the link allow a discussion/feedback in chron
order. If someone wanted to change their vote the vote page would allow that as
well.
So yes, either vote by mail (current manual process) or vote by web page (see
StEvE for example of notice by email, vote by web page). Tracking and including
comments from mail-only voters would not be easy.
