For the record, outstanding changes are now listed at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-7173

Those interested in following progress can register for JIRA and "watch"
that issue.

If anyone knows of any other change proposals that received consensus but
are not listed there, please let us know and we'll integrate the (already
quite long!) list.

Thanks!

I've made a todo list: https://forum.openoffice.org/
en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=102&t=66527

OK, its not a problem to have that. But I only look at the INFRA ticket, so
if anything needs to be done, please add it to the ticket.

-> Mail notification can use a apache.org address if the messages are
then visible on a forum thread for example and if we can send a mail under
that account (see below why)
NB: 3 users have used the address in December and 4 in January (including
an anti-spam measure that needs a reply from the sender, it means thata we
need to reply with the admin account)

-> The phpBB upgrade doesn't really need any consensus I guess.

Depending on what you understand by upgrade. Any changes in the UI (e.g.
logo) requires concensus. The pure sw upgrade is not a discussion.

-> Mail notification set to yes by default should be a very quick change:
https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=2119291

I have started looking at the issues in the INFRA ticket, and for some of
them (a.o. mail notification), I cannot find a mail thread that specificy
what is to be implemented and is done with e.g. lazy consensus.
