OK, its not a problem to have that. But I only look at the INFRA ticket, so
if anything needs to be done, please add it to the ticket.

Depending on what you understand by upgrade. Any changes in the UI (e.g.
logo) requires concensus. The pure sw upgrade is not a discussion.

I have started looking at the issues in the INFRA ticket, and for some of
them (a.o. mail notification), I cannot find a mail thread that specificy
what is to be implemented and is done with e.g. lazy consensus.
