Now that the whole vm-team has replied, and there has been no -1, I assume
we can proceed.

Unless someone objects, fast, I will proceed with the following steps:

- prepare a plan for changes in mwiki/forums
- ask infra to adjust the karma for vm-team members, according to the
agreed roles
- implement changes
