Hmmm, what command did you use to create your liveusb image? Should be something like:
sudo moblin-image-creator --config=2.1-PR-Final-ivi-noiegd.ks --format=liveusb What did you use to transfer the image to your usb? dd or moblin-image-writer? Moblin-image-writer is suggested: http://moblin.org/documentation/moblin-image-creator-2/using-moblin-image-writer Have you tried the livecd?
