What should there be behind the spreadOOo download page? OOo's main
download page? Yours? You would need a lot of bandwith...

The [email protected] is somewhat engorged and crowded, but I think
it would still be wiser to to work on something else on the central
site. In anyway, users of native-lang projects should remain in their
existing mailing lists, forums, etc.
Why? because managing users list means managing a community, and you do
not want to handle the incoming load of users on your site. Besides, it
is good to have users in one defined place if possible.
