For testing purposes this might be feasible. But at the moment
management of features
like update-notification for finals depend on a centralized infrastructure.
Then it will be in the hands of NL leads to organize hosting and
distribution for those install sets.
In my opinion this will solve "More Platforms + Auto Update" and provide
much better usability for the users.
