I would assume the wast majority of downloads was for en-US versions, following by de, fr, ja, it, es... In past two months, we had only about ~5000 downloads of 3.0.1 for sr and sh combined. I would have nothing against making policy that only popular languages will be included on the mirror network and others will be distributed by few extra-large central mirrors (so auto-update can work) and by local mirrors distributing only some languages (to distribute load). On the other hand, I can perfectly understand current situation where there are no policy and no tools that can help us accomplish that but that should not stop us from thinking about it.
