Manish, regarding your question. First, I think this is a separate
discussion, but a valid one. This was also suggested in the past
<https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/9666>, but got closed because I was
changing diapers. I think it would be good to raise a new PR to add this
section. Regarding V3, I think this is a constant balance between the scope
and the timeline, and I think it would be good to track the milestones for
that reason <https://github.com/apache/iceberg/milestones>.
