"...inserting a CD that isn't music, it's an audio book CD..." Forgive my lack of clarity.... when I said non-music CD, I meant non- audio CD. Like a CD for a program, or data backups, or pictures. It is interesting that a DVD didn't work either. What is the make/model of your computer. Even better, if you know, what is the model of the CD/DVD drive?
-- Before Ubuntu upgrade to 9.10, the Rhythmbox side pane had the item "Unknown" which I had to click to play inserted CD's. That's missing, so I can't play CD's. Help! I don't know what to do, if not that? https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/478962 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
