I tried several times and never got the confirmation message.

They need to fix their web site so that the captcha thing works, or
remove it.  I sent them an email and they said they could create an
account for me and asked me what user name they should use for it.  So I
answered them with a user name they could use and never got a response
to that.

Which is what?  I don't have what they call a 'web app' which seems to
be required for it.

I'm not the only user who has this problem with evolution.  Why hasn't
it been fixed already?
