That’s really weird that you couldn’t subscribe to the mailing
list. I tried subscribing right now, and the email to confirm the
subscription came instantly, as well as the next email confirming that
I had successfully subscribed.

Also, you mentioned earlier that you couldn’t create an account on
the GNOME GitLab bug tracker — that’s pretty strange too. I tried
creating an account. The site is not broken, and just like with the
mailing list subscription, the email to confirm registration came
instantly, the account was created successfully.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to prove that my experience is
the truth in the last instance. But maybe the problem is not only and
not so much with Evolution?
