It's almost certainly as up-to-date as it gets. This is a Sabertooth X58 motherboard, and is no longer receiving BIOS updates; its most recent available BIOS update is dated 2012, and since I have a copy of the downloadable file for that update in one of my archive directories with a timestamp from 2014, if it's not long-since installed I'd be rather surprised. Honestly I'd like to run on a newer motherboard, but it hasn't been worth trying to dig up one that's newer enough and has as many ports (primarily SATA ports) as I need and still supports the CPU socket of the existing CPU.
