I can provide letters, like last time. I have the template around. People interested will just need to send me privately personal information (name according to passport, passport number and address), once we fixed the date. As I said, I can find a room for the sprint whatever the dates are. On the last week of january, (and first of january) I myself would only be able to actively participate for a day or a day and a half. We would also need an estimation of the costs, to ask the DPL for approval. Could I let you start a wiki page for this sprint on the model of what we did for previous editions? Cheers! Cedric
