Do we have dates for Trixie freeze ? [1]

Nevertheless, early November weeks seems ideal time. Our rainy weather 
should be done by then and temperature will be around ~31°C. And with 
sea breeze we _may_ not feel more than that.

Regarding visa, sorry I don't think I can issue any supporting 
documents. Since it is more like an informal gathering, I guess 
applying for visit/tourist visa might be enough (sssh! you never heard 
this from me). But this option will be challenging for our friends 
from western African countries.
