Hi,
This is just a reminder that today is the last day to express that you
are willing to attend our sprint. Please, if you are interested, add
your info here:
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Ruby/Meeting/Paris2025
I will use the data there to prepare the final budget and ask the DPL
for approval.

Hi!
I believe the Indians will need an invitation letter again for the
visa
process, is that something that you could do as well? Due to that,
I am
not sure if they will be able to attend a sprint before 24th, but I'd
like to propose 2 weeks so we can decide which one works the best for
the majority:
I can provide letters, like last time. I have the template around.
People interested will just need to send me privately personal
information (name according to passport, passport number and address),
once we fixed the date.
Based on the feedback we got so far from other team members, I
believe the best date is from 27th to 31st of January. Since we did
not get a feedback from the release team yet, let's move with this
for now.
As I said, I can find a room for the sprint
whatever the dates are. On the last week of january, (and first of
january) I myself would only be able to actively participate for a day
or a day and a half.
At least we will have you there for some time :)
We would also need an estimation of the costs, to ask the DPL for
approval. Could I let you start a wiki page for this sprint on the
model
of what we did for previous editions?
I am going to create a wiki page based on the one from the last
sprint and share it here once it is done, so we can ask people to add
flight/train/whatever tickets costs and we can look for accommodation.
As promised, here is the wiki page:
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Ruby/Meeting/Paris2025
@all: Please, take your time and try to add cost estimation of your
trip so we can have a ballpark to ask DPL for funding.
Cheers!
