Just compare the pictures side by side. Your result is rather good for DT,
not for RT or Canon DPP.
Stains, colored lever, bear's fur is blured.

Pay attention to history and NR tool clarity.
DT may replace all denoise tools with just a huge list of denoise profiles.
We will try to apply one by one untill good enough result.
