For instance, in Danish we have the "Dansk-gruppen" which is a loosely organised group whose members translate nearly all the large open source projects, all major Linux distributions and their associated packages, GNU tools, office suites, etc., and lots of independent projects, large and small. They maintain a list of general computer terms and their recommended translations.
