I opened #13081, which covers every conversion listed in the report: the Spark and Flink `--deploy-mode` / `--target` handling in `seatunnel-spark-starter-common` and `seatunnel-flink-starter-common`, the `-pt` handling in `seatunnel-starter` (connector check and metadata export), and the `null` argument of `DeployMode.from(String)`.
