I've got the Caframos that David linked to. I installed them this past season and I really like them, they are quiet and move a lot of air. When I did my research they came very highly recommended. The only thing I don't like is that they're exposed. On my 32 that can be a bit of a problem when getting up in the middle of the night, watch out! Maybe not so much an issue on your 40.
