There are two vent screws - one at top of fuel filter housing (easy to find)
and the second at the inlet to the fuel pump (harder to find).
They both have 10 mm hex heads with a Philips screw head in the middle.

Do not use a Philips screwdriver as you can strip it. Use a 10 mm closed or
open end wrench.

They just need to be cracked open and primed until fuel comes out. First the
filter housing screw then close it, then the fuel pump screw. The fuel pump
screw is most easily found by tracing the fuel line from the filter housing
to the pump inlet. It cannot easily be seen from the engine room opening to
the salon, ie looking straight at the engine. Better to find it when looking
from the side ie if you have a side engine room opening.

Note other reader comment about making sure fuel pump is not on the raised
portion of its cam, otherwise you will be priming forever.

Note if you also have a primary fuel water separator (nearer to fuel tank)
it cannot be primed like the fuel filter because it is on the suction side
of the pump. The only way it could be primed is if you have an electric pump
between tank and separator. So do not try to open its priming screw when
priming with the pump lever.

This is not a difficult job, the key is patience!
