I would visit a gypsy psychic and have tea leaves read before I would consider anything published in Practical Sailor. If you read the articles, and then look at the results charts, you quickly realize they specialize in vacuous gibberish, and spaghetti logic. Their "testing methods" are completely laughable as well.
