I purchased a wind display unit about 4 years ago. It has worked flawlessly until recently, when it became submerged [don't ask].Despite claims of being waterproof, it hasn't worked since the dunking.I sent it back to Raymarine 2 weeks ago.At this time, I am attempting to reach a live body there for a repair status. My experience has been that once you get somewhere on the phone, resolution is fairly straightforward. At a minimum, it's going to cost $250 for a repair or replacement [by Raymarine].Defender sells new wind displays for $600+.
