I recommend not buying any chart plotter without first trying it. Some plotters are easier to use than others, and you don't want any surprises. I bought my Raymarine C80 on line from ebay. It wasn't until I tried to use it at night on an overnight race that I discovered that the controls aren't back lit, and I have to use a flashlight to see what I'm doing. Not a big deal most of the time, as I use it very little at night. Still I might have discovered the problem if I had had a chance to fool with it first. Have you looked on ebay?
