Done that!  A "friend" winched me up the mast of his Tanzer 31 moored in 
Baddeck on a hot sunny day to check his VHF antenna. It was fried and he went 
ashore to see if he could get a replacement.

I stayed up the mast waving around in the breeze and wakes until he came back. 
Two hours or so later after a trip into Sydney. Grrr..

Bosun's chairs are not made for continuous duty. Nor am I. He still owes me.
