Just to add a little more. I am hoping GNU/Linux has something for everyone. Those who want an easy install and just get going (use it) vs the extended hobbyist. Those who like the fact configuration is not hidden, but rather plain text vs just give me the script that does the text configuration for me. Stability vs the latest development. Linux comes in many varieties as there is demand for. So this is why I tend to ask some questions before I answer. In the hope of answering what you want instead of just what I want to tell you. But without asking some specific questions my approach could still be less than helpful. Am I making sense? Without feedback am I off the mark?
